Cancellation Policy

Refund/Cancellation Policy Any cancellation for private lessons must be given to Nell at least 48 hrs before the lesson start. After this time, a part or full portion of the fee may be requested. Payment (or deposit) secures space on the specified clinic. Clinics normally have a 10 day notice period on cancellations. Depoists are non-refundable within 4 weeks of the clinic date. Nell reserves the right to cancel a lesson at any time. A refund of the lesson/clinic fee (less any non-refundable websites fees) will be given if the lesson is cancelled and payment has been made. Alternatively, a credit can be held for another session if run by the same instructor. Safety All riders must have public liability Insurance, valid on the day of the event. BHS Gold Membership ensures appropriate cover. Non-BHS Gold Members must provide evidence of cover. Correct riding dress must be worn for all lessons. Riding hats MUST be worn at all times when mounted and Nell strongly advises that current BETA class 3 2018 body protectors be worn. Children 14 years of age and under must wear a helmet at all times during the lesson, either ridden or on the ground. Children 18 years of age or under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. You will need to have completed the Student Registration Form within the last 12 months - https://www.withthehorse.co.uk/register Lessons or Clinics at Flax Bourton, TQ12 5UB Your safety is your own responsibility. You attend Flax Bourton at your own risk and you should follow any verbal or written instructions that may be made to ensure the safety of yourself and others. No dogs are allowed on the premises at Flax Bourton. Do not muck out lorry or trailers onto the car park area. All rubbish must be taken home. You should report any broken or damaged equipment or structures to Nell Candelaria, or another appropriate representative, as soon as possible. Nell Candelaria Horsemanship DOES NOT accept liability for any accident, injury, illness, loss or damage to you, your horse, vehicle, companions or belongings whatsoever and however caused. You accept full liability for the actions and safety of any spectators that accompany you at your request. By completing this booking, you accept the rules stated above and to abide by them. You acknowledge that your failure to comply will result in you being asked to leave without refund.
