Terms and Conditions for Nell Candelaria

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Private lessons with Nell at least 48 hrs before the lesson start. After this time, a part or full portion of the fee may be requested. A refund of the fee will be given if the lesson is cancelled and payment has been made.
Clinics 10 days before clinic start. Deposits 28 days before clinic start.
Saturday Surgery 7 days before clinic start.
Arena/field hire 24hrs before the booking start.
Nell and representatives reserve the right to cancel a lesson/clinic/hire at any time.   
Any refund of payments made through this website may be less any booking fee taken by the third party providers.

Safety:
All riders must have public liability Insurance, valid on the day of the event. 
Correct riding dress must be worn for all lessons.
Riding hats MUST be worn at all times when mounted and Nell strongly advises that current BETA class 3 2018 body protectors be worn. Children 14 years of age and under must wear a helmet at all times during the lesson, either ridden or on the ground.
Children 18 years of age or under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Responsibility/Health and Safety:
Persons participating in or attending a lesson do so at their own risk.
It is a condition of the lesson that students agree to abide by the above rules and any other instructions given by Nell in relation to the lesson format and the environment it is held in.
